July 31st
Verizon will be performing a scheduled maintenance
on their network which will cause a loss of Voice
and Data services for 60 minutes between 00:00AM EDT
and 05:00 AM EDT in the NY Metro area.
August 2nd
at 12:00 PM CST we will be performing routine
maintenance on some of our reseller websites. If you
log in through the Web Reseller Link, your websites
will be unavailable. We do not expect total downtime
to exceed 1/2 hour. Email. JaRay, Linkwriter, and
GPS tracking will not be affected.
August 6th
from Midnight EDT to 06:00 AM a local Exchange
Carrier in South Carolina and North Carolina will be
performing maintenance for improved network
reliability. Customers will experience a lost of
service for no more than 5 minutes that may affect
paging and wireless pen transfers. The pen data will
resend automatically once service is restored, but
paging may need to be resent.
August 9th
from 01:00 AM PDT to 05:00 AM PDT, Sprint will be
performing scheduled maintenance which will result
in a loss of voice and data services for up to 1
hour in the Las Vegas area.
August 30th
at 12:00 PM CST to
August 31st at 12:00 PM CST will be
moving our entire server farm from a Level3 owned
facility to a new independent colo facility. The new
facility will provide us with direct connectivity to
four of the 9 Tier1 Internet providers in the world.
We expect that this move will virtually eliminate
any connectivity issues and end the need to have two
different connection icons on your desktop. The new
system will automatically reroute you to the fastest
Internet Provider. This will affect all services
including email, JaRay, Linkwriter and GPS tracking.
All critical services will continue to run but will
not be accessible until we migrate the servers. You
will not lose any data but will not be able to
access the services. Please prepare to be paper
based during this time.
If your Internet Service Provider is have trouble connecting to the
Famhost
server farm, please call 800-658-1676 and we
will provide you with alternative access logins.
