Famhost, as with any other internet Web Site cannot guarantee that your data will always be 100% secured.  Famhost does perform daily, weekly, and monthly backups of your business data maintained on our servers and backups are kept on multiple servers. You can download your data at any time or set it up on an automatic backup to a local computer.

Famhost Software, Inc. utilizes public and private security means to ensure that any information or data transmitted to and from this system is secured. This computer system, including all related equipment, networks, and network devices (includes internet access) are provided for authorized use only.  Customers and/or Clients engaged in conducting business with Famhost Software, Inc. constitute authorized use. This computer system is monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring your access is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures and operations. Monitoring includes, and is not limited to, active tracing to verify authorization to our systems. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used for authorized purposes. All information, including personal information, placed on or sent over this system, may be monitored. Use of this system, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring. Unauthorized use of this computer system will subject you to criminal prosecution. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative, criminal, or other adverse actions. Software

Any Software and/or documentation that is purchased, downloaded, or obtained from Famhost is the © Copyrighted work of Mgmt TV Inc. and/or its' providers.  Usage of any Famhost software and/or documentation is governed by the terms set forth within the "End Users License Agreement" ("EULA") which is included with the software.  The end user may not install or use the software unless he or she agrees to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.  

Any Software that is made available for download is subject to the EULA and may not be reproduced or retransmitted unless the specific EULA, in question, authorizes replication of the software for the sole purpose of a single backup to the original.  Any replication or redistribution of any software obtained from Famhost not in accordance with the EULA is expressively prohibited by law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, copying or replication of any Famhost Software to any other forms of magnetic media for further reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.  Questions concerning copying software or documents should be addressed to our support personnel.
