JaRay is a complete management system consisting of hundreds of programs that can be added as the needs and size of the company changes. Users automatically have the functionality of the modules when they are added to the company. No setup is required on the user level except for the document management system, which requires special software to be loaded on any workstation that will be transferring files. No additional software is needed to view the files, only user rights that are set up by the company administrator.

Users (with proper access rights and modules) can fax, email, print and view scanned images, invoices, proposals, and literally thousands of reports with no worry about setting up complicated email accounts, fax systems and printers. The system automatically prints to any printer that the workstation can print to. No fax or email accounts need to be activated on the workstation.
